I think it's fair to split this review into platforms. Windows (in my case Windows 10 running on a 6th Gen Intel i7 laptop): After installing the latest drivers from DisplayLink. My full HD monitor, connected to the docking station via HDMI, displays all documents, websites, films and games (Fallout 4, The Witcher 3) without any delay or interference. I can connect all my devices to the dock's USB 2/3 ports and they all work fine, even USB 3 external hard drives. Hence 5 stars for the dock when connected to Windows. Apple OS X (MacBook Pro 2015): After installing drivers from DisplayLink, all connected devices work properly. While my monitor is working, it has glitches, which are known DisplayLink bugs. For example, closing the lid on my Mac display pauses the machine instead of using my monitor as an external display. When mirroring screens, my monitor shows the OSX menu and dock with blurry areas and animations for opening and closing menus and applications are very slow. So 3 stars for Mac. Ubuntu 16 (on 6th Gen Intel i7): The dock performs poorly here. I've never been able to get the display to work with the Linux DisplayLink drivers, but all my connected devices work, including the ethernet adapter. There is a star here.
