Good start: in-ear headphones

I bought the behind-the-ear version for running. I like that both earbuds have the same controls for volume, track selection, and play/pause. I also like the good battery life. What's the problem, after two months of use, the headphones did not charge in the case. Well, it started loading, and then it just stopped. If you use it, after 10 minutes you will see a low battery indicator and the headphones will just turn off. After three days I just ordered another brand. I will never buy this brand again.

Completely unusable. The part to charge the battery case is literally missing.

Product is garbage. Does not charge, does not connect, will not sync both headphones together.
