After coating with "America's Best Clear Epoxy". The pens colors bloomed and glowed wonderfully under blacklight. Although a little difficult to control, I have to admit this was my first professional use. I loved the ability to draw a more intense fine line and highlight more precise.

Pros

These bleed a bit, but great for the price, also nice and opaque, the colors match the caps.

Cons

4 colors remained watery and transparent no matter how much I shook it
