Bought this item for my mother for mother's day (2020). I inspected it and it was soft, it had a string inside (first) secure tie and the official tie to close the robe. Got it in a (S) and it has space. My mother is petite,it would fit her just right. Color is nice and the length is appropriate for my 60 year old mother, after taking a shower, she'll feel so comfy in this robe.
