I gave it 3 stars even though I am returning it because: 1. it has a 120 day guarantee (longer than most) 2. it has some really good features but for its improvement more Research is required and development. great ideas Why I'm returning it: 1. It stopped working and I tried two new sets of batteries to see if it broke2. The volume is too low 3. The recording is not very clear during playback. I hope they continue to improve this mobile phone. Here's what I like about it: 1. Bright colors 2. Baby mirror 3. Highly adjustable handle 4. You can record your voice etc for baby to echo 5. Securely attaches to backpack and crib.
