Seems like a great idea. I did all the tricks people said, boiling water in it to heat it first etc. The food doesn't stay warm. boiling liquids. warm after 3 hours. but they did better, but it's presented as a food can, not just a soup. I have 11 ounces and now have to scramble around in front of school to get a new one. It also smells after only using it a few times for testing. Very disappointed with this product. UPDATE: Smell was eliminated by soaking in white vinegar. Please note that purchasing from Revain will void the warranty. That's what the company told me. :(
