If you're assembling the Northwood Calliger 360 Handwringer, here are my tips since I first attempted to assemble them. on site. Place the press and parts on a well soft surface. for the assembly. Step 1 in the assembly instructions tells you to insert screw "A" into the top cover. On my wringer, the tabs on the sides of the wringer at the top that hold the lid in place didn't protrude far enough for the top lid to snap into place. So when pressure was applied to the rollers by turning the screw, one side of the cover came loose. I called support. Very helpful! He told me to remove the cap, put the tip of a flat head screwdriver in the hole where the tabs stick out to catch the cap and bend the tab on the side that pops out a bit and test it by putting the cap back on and tightening the screw. I couldn't put the lid on by hand to snap it into place, so I used a rubber mallet and a thick towel to nail it down to avoid scratching the lid. This solved the problem. The drain board instructions in Step 3 should mention the use of the included rubber wedge to hold the drain board in place as detailed on the Features and Benefits page. Finally, since this unit is very heavy, it must be weighted down when placed on top of a large trash can or bucket to prevent tipping. The water in the container can stabilize it. Instead I used my heavy 4 wheel cart as shown in the photos. I'm sure the lid issue doesn't always happen, but I'm glad I didn't bring it back through Revain. That works great!
