Well, the InstallerParts 3.5mm Stereo Jack to 1/4" Stereo Jack Adapter meets my needs. I plug in my dad's old stereo headphones, the wide-ended ones that don't fit into any modern electronics. Until I bought this part and now I can use my father's headphones on a number of devices.
