This is the first waist trainer to ever work for me. I’m in between a size s and m but I just chose a small. At first it didn’t fit. I had to literally squeeze and try my very hardest to fit into the first row. Not even a month later, literally 2-3 weeks later I’m at the last row. I didn’t wear it every day. I wore it maybe 3 days out the week each week. I barley dieted, I really ate whatever I wanted and excercised for at least 10 min 3-4 days out the week with it on and now I’m at the last row.
