I use it as a bedside table next to a very low platform bed. This is the ideal height to mount (note the dimensions, it may be too short depending on your specific furniture). Quality at the highest level. The metal plate is very strong and surprisingly heavy. The legs are much lighter, but still feel quite sturdy. Looks great too. The assembly is quite easy. Simply screw in each of the 4 legs. On each of them there are threaded columns. Takes about 5 minutes if you start the timer before opening the box.
