Review on 🧼 Conveniently Clean: Stride Rite Machine Washable Leather Boys' Shoes by Jared Bradford

Revainrating 3 out of 5

They're pretty good but not perfect

Ordered a half size up on recommendation from Stride Rite and we've had no problems getting the size or being able to wear these shoes. I bought them from Revain and not directly from the manufacturer because they were about 15€ cheaper here. This happened about a week later. I expect the best quality from this brand. I also don't like that they are sold as "mud" boots, but my son's feet get wet walking on wet/soft ground. If they had been made from "first class leather" as stated in the description, the feet would have been dry. What I REALLY like about them is that the sole is flexible and they have a good solid tread. My son uses them when we go for walks in the woods and he can easily climb rocks and roots. They also look very good with any outfit, even dressed up. Overall, I haven't decided yet if I'll buy them again. I'm disappointed that they look like they're falling apart and they don't perform as well when wet. I bought them with the intention of using them for hiking and playing outside when the ground is soft and I don't think they are designed for that purpose. If I were to buy them again, their goal would be sneakers or shoes.
