I bought this cushion a few years ago for the headrest of my office chair. It fits perfectly and supports my neck very well. I lost my headrest on a road trip a few years ago and bought a replacement that was exactly the same as the original. I liked this pillow so much that I recently bought another one for use in a car with forward-tilting headrests. This is NOT the pillow I previously purchased. The last time I ordered this pillow, the manufacturer switched from medium density closed cell foam to low density open cell foam. (The foam in my office pillow is like memory foam, but the foam in my new pillow is like the foam in a surgical brush with a sponge attached. Yes, it really is THAT bad.) When I lean my head against the headrest , the pillow flexes completely and offers no support. Maybe I'll return it. I gave the product two stars because the case is very soft and well made. The stitching is even, the elastic seems to be of good quality. This product may be useful for young children or seniors who need something that offers more cushioning than support, but if you need support I recommend looking elsewhere.
