Review on Sizzix Big Shot Express Electric Die Cutting Machine with 6-inch Opening by Elli Navarro

It cut solidly on the motor side and not the other side. I tried using a layer of cardboard as a spacer and it still didn't cut. Updated: 08/20/17. There is a sticker on the bottom stating that opening will void the warranty. Since the product is no longer guaranteed, I decided to take it apart to see why it was cutting unevenly. I've included a photo of the frame holding the rolls and there is a tear on the side of the frame where it wasn't cut. I'm not sure if the metal "pads" are meant to support the cracked end of the frame. I have been crafting for many years and I know how to use this product.
