I have thin wrists, so I needed something that wouldn't slip off. These reflective bands are long enough to wrap around a leg/ankle, but the velcro part is large enough so that I can wrap a band around my wrist several times (to fit), and still be able to velcro it together.I have purchased these for two other people to use while walking & biking, and finally realized I needed a set for myself. Very happy with them, and would purchase again!
