Easy to assemble, not easy to hang

We have absolutely NO storage space in our toilet and since we live in a rental house I didn't want to spend too much money to store something that isn't mine. It was the perfect price for what I needed and was very easy to put together. It includes 6 regular sized toilet paper rolls (forget mega rolls), extra towels and Clorox wipes. It looks very nice hanging over the toilet. The only thing I don't like is the way you attach it to the wall. First you need to place these brackets inside and attach them to the underside of the cabinet top with these small screws. That's fine and all, but you'll have to make your own holes for these screws. Why couldn't they just pre-drill some small holes? Because I had to use the drill in an awkward position, it left scratches on the back of the panel. Then you have these longer screws and drywall anchors. Well, there's more drilling to do in the case as you'll need to drive a long screw through this bracket and take out the back panel. Trust me I'm good at hanging things and that was the hardest part, fixing this to the wall. So now you have drywall anchors in the wall, but how the heck are you supposed to know where the holes in the wall are when the cabinet is leaning against the wall? I tried to see if I could line up the holes by looking at the holes I had drilled in the back, but it was a pain! I would bring one side together and lose the other. I ended up drilling the screws through the bracket and back plate so they stick out about a half inch from the back. Then I climbed the stairs to look over the closet. While holding this cabinet, I lined up the protruding screws with the holes in the wall. Then I could drill through the screw. Wow! I'm sweating again just writing this. There must be an easier way!
