Review on πŸ’† Revitalize Your Body with the Q-flex Acupressure Back and Body Massage Tool by Christine Marquez

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Worked decently until it broke

I bought this in September 2017 after watching the episode on Shark Tank. In the first month I used it quite a lot since it was a new product. Then the novelty wore off and I stopped using it for about a year when I found it back in my room. I started using it again and it provided moderate pain relief. It wasn't as good as the acupressure wand my physiotherapist's office used, but the Qflex is more flexible and easier for older people to use since they don't have to exert as much effort. Today I used it as usual, sitting at the computer chair. , as I usually do (sometimes standing up), and it just popped. There was a loud crack that made my earring ring and the top just flew off and crashed into my door with a loud bang. I still can't find the sharp end. I will keep looking for it. I'll contact the company and see if they can help, but I'm pretty sure the warranty has expired at this point. I will edit my review if they reply. initially rated this as a 3 star product. At $25, it's way overpriced for the performance you get out of it. I think for $15 this would be an absolute 5 star product. I removed the star because it broke after about 1 year and 1 month of actual use. EDIT: It turns out that this check is hidden by the sensitivity filter, although I'm not sure why. The support team never responded to my request for a defective product and I even contacted them outside of Revain. Not at all satisfied.

Pros
  • Profitability: Q-Flex is many times cheaper than an hour's massage.
Cons
  • Expensive
