I ordered this for my Dell 9570 XPS laptop. The site clearly says 9570 is supported, but it isn't! You will get a pop-up message "Laptop cannot detect charger etc. Warning disabled in BIOS". This cable is different from original OEM cable. The genuine Dell OEM cable is not finned, it is just a regular round cable. So either it is a fake battery or the company is wrong about the items they are selling and need to update the product page.
