Review on Guidepoint by Yousef Abood

I like that you can track your progress, see how far along each step of the process has gotten. It is great if someone else in my department isn't available for support or needs help solving an issue at this time - it's easy enough just look up their status so they know what steps are left before we get back together again! Not much but there really wasn't anything i disliked about using guide point. The program was very user friendly as well which made troubleshooting issues easier than some other programs were/are (such as outlook).
