This is a fantastic appliance and if you have a lot of drying to do then look no further! I am very impressed with the quality of this dehydrator. Very easy to set up and use. Haven't done anything with it yet other than initial testing and a few large batches of dried herbs. It works as described and I couldn't be happier with it. Looking forward to harvest time to dry lots of fruit and veg! Pros: QUALITY: A+ It's well built. Large block (21 x 19 x 18.5 inches) but lightweight and easy to manoeuvre. Stainless steel housing and stainless steel food shelves (all food is safe and easy to keep clean) interior lighting! LOVE this nice feature! It even comes with a spare bulb! KUDOS Large rear fan and heating element for maximum internal drying of ALL baskets. Shelves do not need to be rotated! Big glass door! It's great to see what's happening to the food WITHOUT having to open the unit to interrupt the drying process! Easy to read digital display and timer. Larger temperature range 30-90°C (86-194°F). Most household drains don't run that low or that high. BONUS BONUS - 5 free silicone mats when you email the company to register for the guarantee. (2 months after receiving the device, so don't delay this process!) Cons: The digital display only shows degrees Celsius. It doesn't matter much as temperature conversion charts can be easily found online and printed out like me. listed. There are also apps for your phone that will do the conversion quickly as well. Overall I am very happy to have found this device. I liked mine so much I bought a second one for my parents which they are both very happy with.
