Unusable tablet. The previous model of this tablet was great. I "upgraded" to this model because of the higher resolution screen. I also have half the storage (1GB) and no internal GPS receiver with this upgraded tablet. Since it only has 1GB of RAM, once downloaded, there isn't enough storage space to use it for things like web browsing, Netflix, or YouTube. When you called Dell support you were told that you cannot do these things as your tablet only has 1GB of memory. You won't do anything but endlessly go round in circles with a factory reset. I understand mistakes happen, but Dell takes responsibility and offers a solution for those of us who bought this open source product. Don't just sweep it under the rug. I no longer trust Dell and this will be the last Dell product I will purchase and I will never recommend their product again.
