I have had this chair for almost a year now. I always wait a while before writing product reviews because after you send a rave review on a product that you instantly fell in love with, it falls apart. Assembly: It took me less than an hour to assemble the chair and I am also caring for an 18 month old myself. She managed not to eat any of the parts. Comfort: Arguably the most comfortable chair I've ever had. In fact, I was very concerned that part of the chair would end up throwing me on my head because I'm a bit overweight, but it seems incredibly well balanced when it's all the way back, even at almost 300 pounds. In fact, I accidentally fell asleep in this thing a couple of times. My only complaint about the comfort is that I have to constantly move the lumbar support up, it kind of slides down because I often fall into the chair. Durability: Holds up incredibly well. In the past, I've used up $100 worth of Walmart office chairs about every six months. Almost a year later, this chair still looks like I took it out of the box just yesterday. Not a single screw has come loose, there are no traces of cracks. I was expecting the cover to be worn out by now, but even that looks like it's never been sat on. Popularity: This is the "chair" in my house. All my guests sit in this chair if I just tell them to go into the room and sit down. I mean this is exactly the chair I would sit in front of my computer but kids and adults choose this chair and ignore the real chair and the two sofas. I have to threaten to sit on people to get them out of their chairs.
