Their support team is always there for us, they are very attentive in solving our issues related with their software as well as help us understand how we can make it better even from them side! They also have good knowledge about market trends which helps their customers by providing relevant solutions accordingly.

In my personal opinion I would like if we could get more updates regarding new features or enhancements that will be added into this product so that users don't feel left out once again after upgrading to newer version because nothing has changed. It's great tool for emailing campaigns across different platforms such as Facebook/Instagram etc. We use Wiser Notifiy primarily to send emails through Gmail but sometimes when sending an image file via WhatsApp then too its not working properly hence i need something else apart from Google Mail where I am able to do Email Marketing effectively.
