Excellent Waist Trainer
This is exactly what I was looking for in a waist trainer. I'm 165lbs and 37in waist and bought the Medium because I wanted to keep using it as a gauge as my waist gets smaller and move across latches. Right now it's on the 1st latch and fits snug but there's enough stretch where it doesn't feel constricting.
