Great sweat! good for me
I wore for one day around the house and noticed a good sweat, but then I wore it to a volleyball practice I coached. WOW! I was dripping sweat. I typically wear large to x-large shirts and I've had other "compression" shirts I've had to get x-large to be sure I can get on and off easily. This attracted me because it zipped. Not an all day setup, but is super easy to get on. I highly recommend.
