I had doubts about the fit and support of these stockings on the hip. I was pleasantly surprised that they did just that. They're not easy to handle, but I suspect that's just the nature of the beast. I love the lace trim. This gives the image of femininity and a beautiful finished look. Overall they are quite comfortable and offer the necessary compression. The only issue, for me at least, is that after a few hours of wear it seems like part of the foot is pulling up and putting unwanted pressure on the toes. I haven't been able to figure out why fingerless compression stockings are being sold, but now I think this might be the way to go.
