Don't know if I received the homeless product, but there is something wrong with this product: 1. When filling with hot Drink (coffee, tea), the lid slips/pops out I slid open the protective cover of the drinking hole and then put the lid on to allow the air to escape, then put the protective film back on and then the lid starts to tilt to fit the drinking hole in the Lid I'm returning this item as it doesn't meet my needs (a straw cleaning brush) CONS: - Lid slips/pops out when filled with hot beverage - Straight straw doesn't fit the drinking hole in the lid - that's for everyone hot drink is useless or the need to use a straight steel straw appointed.Will do this for a refund send back
