Pulley not suitable for replacement parts
Need to grind the upper water connection, the passenger side water connection and the housing to install the pulley so that it does not grind when rotated. I have the same water pump. Before it's polished, we know what happened to the quality of your gear/parts. I believe this should be replaced with something that works and doesn't need polishing!
