1) The packaging was damaged, dirty, the edges were creased. My guess is they were returned or used as a basketball and scattered around the Amazon factory. 2) The stick has no teeth (bristles). How can this product be considered a mascara if it can't even be applied to eyelashes? 3) This product will flake off throughout the day. It's supposed to be waterproof, but it can't even be worn. All that disappeared after a few hours and didn't even see the light of day, let alone the water. I have to be honest, Revane is really starting to lose me as a customer. Almost every product I've received lately has been dirty, damaged, and possibly used. Not to mention the cheap production. It's not the mascara's fault, but I'll write them a letter. We pay a lot of money for Prime and they play around in every area.
