So I love this concept and have been working with my hydro sleeve for a few months. The only thing I'm really disappointed about is that I ordered a size for my shoulder but it's been months and I've started to build more muscle I'm now having trouble putting the band on. I'm a woman who has lost over 40 pounds through running and the gym and I didn't expect my shoulders to change so much. I really want the strap to be adjustable so you can get a size that fits best and the strap can go from small to medium to large. (Not that I expect to need a large one, but it would be nice for those who might need it.) My only option is to pay an additional $44 (Revain's current price) for a new case, which isn't leaves me happy. I would advise you to buy a size up to make room for any changes you may go through as you train hard. If it wasn't for the band I would give it 5 stars as it's a great idea that gives me the exact amount of water I need and always stays in place while running or kangu. left this review and the founder actually called me and will fix my problem. He sends me the medium and an extra bubble. (I only got one when I first bought it, and I thought it only came with one chamber and 2 valves, but I was wrong.) Obviously, this is a start-up company, not a mass-produced one any camp, and the founder actually cares about making sure you get the most out of their product. Rarely does one see such concern. I'm so impressed I want to update my review. After speaking to him, I learned that most people order medium, and even those with smaller hands will benefit. So I would recommend that if you are thinking of size small, you go for a medium size. With this change I expect my new Hydrosleeve to last a long time and I now recommend this product and company.
