Terrible top zip
This bag would be great if it wasn't for the hard zip at the main opening of the bag. The zipper doesn't bind or shear so it will snag on objects and scratch you every time you try to reach into the bag and pull it out. If this zipper was only on the rarely used side pocket I could live with it, but on the main opening of the bag - no way. I also found that the bag was too small for my use case.
