I buy plus size shoes for my toddler so I don't know if they meet my expectations. I know I love the design and the plastic shielding on the front to resist abrasion. She ALWAYS ruins the toes of her shoes (and the knees of her pants) because she stays on her knees while building. I didn't have a pediped that I didn't like and I didn't like the design, neither did my child (3 years). She can put them on and go. She won't wear them until late spring. She'll be 1 or 1 1/2 sizes up by then, so I buy her shoes to make them last longer. I usually put in double thickness insoles for extra comfort and to take up space while she grows in. I have a VERY FIXED BUDGET and not buying shoes as often helps. But I won't rate more. I'll say more about the construction once she gets a chance to wear them, but for starters they seem to be just as good as her other pedipes. I can't wait for the painted red fire engines to come back in their size. She's still trying to squeeze into her because she loves her so much.
