When I first bought this primer I didn't think much about it. I bought it after seeing some YouTube videos about it. I wasn't sure if it was a trick or not. There are mixed reviews from some beauty gurus. One of my favorite beauty gurus on YouTube liked it so I decided to give it a try. After a few uses I noticed that my makeup looks much better and lasts longer. I like it with both powder base and liquid base. My pores and fine lines looked better with this primer. I've tried many foundations, both expensive and drugstore ones. I like this one because it's multitasking. It makes your face look very soft and pore blurred without drying out my skin. I have combination skin so it can be difficult to find a primer that doesn't leave skin oily but also doesn't dry it out. Moisturizing primers make my skin oily, while mattifying primers don't give my skin that nice plump, healthy look. This one is a winner because it's a good me in between. I use it all summer and probably all year round. During the hottest months, I set my T-zone with setting powder to keep it from getting greasy. Bonus - love the very light sweet taste as well as the texture! If you have very oily skin there may be better primers for you, otherwise if you have combination skin, normal, dry etc I would give it a try! When you get oily in places like me, a little setting powder over foundation works like a charm. It holds the makeup really well so the powder doesn't roll!
