I bought this for my college dorm and it's great because it folds up nice and small and is quite comfortable to sit in. However, the max weight is 225 pounds and my roommate sat in it (who is approximately 190 pounds) and I saw that the cloth around one of the metal rings that hold the bungees in place is ripping. I know once it rips completely, the entire bungee system will fall apart because it is one continuous string. This saddens me because it was quite expensive for a simple chair and it is too late to return now. I would recommend this chair but I would be cautious about the max weight it can hold. I would go with one of the more durable chairs to make sure it doesn't break after one year of use.
