Media failed to load. I ordered 12 of these lamps for my basement project. The last bulb I installed had a bad ballast and won't stop flickering. I have double checked all my wiring and am pretty sure this ballast is bad. After contacting Revain customer service they asked me to repackage all the lamps and send them back for a refund. All of these headlights are built in, and there's no way to get them all out. They offered me a $30 Revain gift certificate and told me to buy a new set of lightbulbs. I don't spend $160 for 12 bulbs when I need them. I have renovated my entire house and use Torchstar products in every room. Unfortunately due to the poor customer service this will be the last product I will purchase from Torchstar.
