The case on this tablet is terrible. Comes off easily. No hard plastic, but soft and very flexible. Very disappointed with it. Also, part of the stand was held in place with a tiny piece of adhesive that came off in less than a week. Free picture books cannot be started without a phone connection. This feature cannot be turned off, which seems very odd for storybooks. When I went into the settings to disable purchases from the tablet without permissions, there was all sorts of stuff. I've disabled the camera and phone features as much as possible, but then again, some of them won't turn off. It definitely works like a tablet, but there are too many disappointments and disappointments to recommend buying it. I would buy something else.
