I love the bag, it was perfect for carrying my framed work for my final semester of college. The design is pretty well done, although I have a hard time imagining that it takes a ton of abuse back and forth. Although it was just the size I needed. Easily fits 4-16" x 20" frames and several smaller frames without bulging. Love the fact that it converts from handle to shoulder with a pair of nice solid buckle closures on the side. My only criticism of this bag is, that the price literally dropped $15 right after purchase. Almost as if the price went up on purpose because you knew you could buy more in the fall semester and then lower the price right after the semester ended. I hate this. I wouldn't call it a professional portfolio bag, but it certainly doesn't come cheap either. For that reason (and if you can get it for less than the $67 I paid for it). I highly recommend a portfolio transporter to transport your work safely and with relative ease. I hate this.
