I like that it is easy for us as developers to integrate with our applications and use this tool for licensing of those apps. It also has some nice features for managing upgrades which we were lacking in other tools. As far as its ease-of-use goes - one can easily get used to how simple this software works once they have set up an account. We are solving the problem of having all licenses at hand without going through each application individually. This enables us to work faster while ensuring good customer service.
