So I lost my original receiver and the old one I had (Model M/N: CU-0007) didn't work with my new Windows 10 laptop. I can still use my old wireless keyboard and mouse! This item (Model M/N: CU-0012) will be paired simultaneously with an approximately 5 year old Logitech Bluetooth keyboard and mouse using the same receiver. My keyboard and mouse have a universal unifying orange asterisk. Super small and protrudes less than the old one. To install: connect USB, then log into logitech.com -> Support -> Downloads -> scroll to Downloads -> find integration software -> install and follow instructions.
