Installation without problems. The print quality is the same as the OEM product but much cheaper. Update, the first cartridge worked perfectly. I installed a second one today and my printer keeps getting an error saying it's not installed properly and needs to be reinstalled. I've tried it probably 10 times and said the same thing each time. At this point it's too late to get a partial refund so I'm stuck with a cartridge that doesn't work.
