Great ball for those with knee issues!
I have had a number of stability balls, but this one is different because it doesn't slide all over the place.
I have significant knee issues and this ball allows me to do exercises that I have been unable to do. I bought the 75cm because of my knees and it is easy to get off of it! I also enjoy the color I was able to choose.
