I own a boutique and it helps a TON when transporting clothes between locations. That said I LOAD this down. It's fallen on me 2x after going over bumps. I've used the hooks and the handles & tried both together (which is when it fell down) so stick with one option or the other. It hasn't pulled my hooks out and again I load this baby down. So it's improved my happiness with wrinkle free clothes b/c steaming items over is not part of my job I love lol.
