The purchase is a failure, very unhappy.

We spent almost two hours on the phone with their support team and ran a battery of tests before concluding that the problem was not software-related. A technician scheduled an appointment with a legitimate repair shop. A representative at a warranty repair shop respectfully declined to replace my laptop under warranty. It's fine to use the laptop with the declared flaws. Fairness requires me to mention that, except from the XD squeak, all tests and stress tests pass normally on the laptop. My hopes for a laptop costing $200,000 were not met. My new laptop would be perfect if it didn't make that annoying beeping sound. The laptop is not as high-quality as I had hoped. I can't believe the corporation would implement this policy. Another Windows laptop was required. I'm sorry I made the buy now. In addition, there are numerous complaints about similar defects on the Internet, especially in English-language forums; people record these sounds on studio microphones (you will never hear this sound in the store due to external noise) and return laptops; this process is repeated three or four times; and the defect is universal. Thank you for sticking with me to the end; maybe, you'll be able to buy a laptop with less of a dent in your wallet after reading my evaluation.

Pros
  • Superb display, robust CPU, lightning-quick SSD, solid OS, consistently reliable operation (never required a reboot), and so forth. I used Boot Camp to set up a second OS, and it was the simplest Windows setup I've ever done. The speakers' clicking issue has been fixed; I never experienced it. Solid keyboard with a shallow yet discernible key travel.
Cons
  • There are two major flaws that, in my opinion, really stand out: Throttles that squeal incessantly Load-related noises One manifestation of the aforementioned problem is that the laptop continuously beeps whenever external devices (mouse, hub with rj-45, etc.) are connected. It's not a problem during the day when working from home (street noise, the fridge, etc.), but at night it's just plain bothersome. The acoustics are reminiscent of vintage televisions with radio tubes. The second issue I stated above manifests itself in the form of a noise that is reminiscent of an HDD clicking when the laptop is turned on, the browser is opened (with many tabs open), or "heavy" applications are launched.
