Bought these for my grandma who has very small feet and is always looking for regular "adult" shoes (something without flowers or butterflies). I found them in her normal size (5) and she said they are a bit big even with her thicker socks. She wore them all day and still enjoyed them. It is non-refundable/exchangeable.
