I have large Arizona feet. Dry heat and year-round sandals/bare feet take their toll. I was a devout pedicure/manicure girl before COVID, now I'm reluctant to go back to the time commitment it takes to do this every 3 weeks. With this foot file I can do it safely at home. The photos show the terrible condition of my feet "before" and after just 3 minutes of polishing. Yes. I calculated the time. They're not perfect, but give me a few more days and I'm sure I'll be amazed. I love the whole concept of this product. I've bought cheap plastic disposables and they're not even on the same playing field as this one. The grip is SOLID. Study seriously. You'll need something with some strength to get the pressure you need, but don't want anything heavy as your arms will get tired anyway. You have to be at an oddly awkward angle to drag your own feet, so I want to be very efficient when that happens. I love the interchangeable decals. I modified it for my mom to try. I'm surprised at how easy it is for you to peel off this sticker because once it's applied it doesn't move when sanded. I would buy it again with great pleasure. It came with the original sanding sticker when it arrived and included 5 replacement kits (1 each of finer grit and coarser grit per "kit"). f
