However I never write reviews on Amazon. This headset is great when it works properly. It switches flawlessly between my Bluetooth mobile phone and my computer (which is connected to the base via USB). The sound quality is excellent. Headphones could use some improvement, but that's personal preference. The real problem is that within 2 weeks of owning a base station it will randomly reboot. Even during a conversation. Maybe once or twice a day. I should have returned it back then but I figured it was just an accident. The earbuds worked great! I walk into my office this morning and the handset is charging on the base station and flashing "fast red". I'm not sure what that means as I couldn't find an explanation in the manual. I know what it means to me not being charged. Therefore completely useless. Since my return period has expired, I have to deal with the warranty and headset-free period. I'm not a happy person today because that's how I do my job. I would have thought a $150 headset would last more than 60 days!
