It's darling! My daughter is obsessed with Kitty so Kitty's sleeves are a real hit! The polka dot bodice has been adorned with cute ruffles too! These shirts are made of a rather elastic material. I ordered a size up for my daughter which is good as they shrink in the wash. Still so cute!
