I was so excited about the release of this Fitbit. After a few days of use I am very upset and will be sending it back tomorrow. Here's my list of pros and cons: Pros: * GPS is my biggest concern; Finally Versa with GPS! I wanted to find a way to track my runs without taking my phone with me. (Read the cons of why I still can't run without my phone) GPS signal was lost during part of my run. My phone still had a good signal, so I don't know why the Versa lost GPS signal. It wasn't for a long time (maybe 0.10 miles?) but still disappointing. * SpO2% - Pretty cool that it can track this, but it only gives you a range when you're sleeping. There is no way to verify this on site. I can't understand why they didn't make this possible.* Flat back - the Versa line is the only fitness/smartwatch I could stomach. I despise the raised rounded backs of many others. The back of this watch causes no complaints. Cons: * No music storage - with Fitbit?!?! So you've added GPS but removed music storage. The biggest design flaw. It can only stream music when connected to my phone via Bluetooth, so I *still* have to take my phone with me to run. So I'm sending the watch back. ***EDIT*** - This allows you to save music for offline use *ONLY* if you are a Deezer or Pandora subscriber. Thus, music storage costs $10 per month. Spotify only allows you to control music from your watch, but not listen to music offline. You cannot upload your own music to the watch.* SpO2% - As mentioned above, this cannot be verified on site. I would like to see what happens to my SpO2 when running, going to high altitudes and exercising etc. But no, it only tells me the values when I've been sleeping. *rolls eyes* I'm going to try out the new Garmin Venu Sq Music Edition and hope the back isn't as uncomfortable as other similar watches. It's about $20 more expensive, but it does everything the Versa 3 can PLUS what the Versa 3 can't. Built-in music storage and random SpO2 check. I will miss the Fitbit communities and learning about the Fitbit platform.
