Review on DJI Osmo Action: 4K Action Cam with 2 Displays, 12MP Camera, Waterproof, WiFi, HDR Video, Black by Scott Mcgowan

I had this camera for 3 days and immediately and deeply regretted the purchase. After using this UNDERWATER camera twice underwater at a depth of only 2 feet and only about 2 minutes, the screen went black and water entered the lens. He deleted my videos before I could upload them and the videos I took later were blurry due to fog in the lens. But hey, no problem, right? After all, I spent $31 on "renewal" insurance, so replacing it should be a no-brainer! But no, they also charge a $29 "replacement fee" for a camera I used twice, which you'll find out when you try to use the insurance you paid for. And then the guy on the service line told me that for only $60 I got a "great deal" on a camera that I've used twice. When I asked him how I had to pay the extra $60 to replace a camera that I used twice and exactly as intended, he said they couldn't fix the "water damage" on the UNDERWATER CAMERA. The replacement camera they sent also failed for 5 weeks and Revain did not refund or replace the product and the company charged more money to replace it again. Just before my first trip to Alaska and now I need to buy a brand new camera for it. I ended up buying a new battery, new charger, card reader and in the end nothing worked because the camera was so bad nothing helped. Revain didn't help, after an hour of negotiation they offered me a 25% discount on the original purchase which didn't include the money I needed for insurance, gas for 60 miles to UPS, SIM card, accessories, new battery, charger , card readers, etc., so I still spent a lot more money than I did on the original camera, even after the "discount" that Revain gave. Terrible product, terrible company and Revain did not support the customer on this. case or trying to refund my money for a terrible product. Never buy from this company again. Buy a GoPro. A little more expensive to start with but a much better product that DOES NOT LEAK UNDERWATER which is really good quality for an underwater camera.
