Selfie stick, ideal for recording videos when you don't have an extra hand

One of the most difficult things for me is to record videos of doing exercises or explaining them myself. Xshot worked great and was very simple and easy to use. I used the stick itself as a lever to balance and level the phone. It was great because back then I didn't have to worry about leaning my phone against anything and I always shot up a bit. It has an adjustable arm that fits different size phones. This gave me a lot of flexibility in where and how to place my phone to get the right shot. The best thing about Xshot is the remote control. It connects to your phone via Bluetooth. I was able to keep the remote in my pocket so I could stand in the same spot every time I picked it up. I was able to easily start and stop the video and re-record when needed. One of the most popular things I see in the fitness industry on social media is people tracking their workouts. Such videos are usually not of the best quality. Sometimes they shoot too low because nothing was high enough to lean on the phone. Sometimes they are not stable because someone is holding the phone and if you want someone to hold your phone you need someone to hold it. I usually have to record videos when I work alone, but I don't have any staff, so I don't have anyone to help me. I would recommend the Xshot Selfie Stick to anyone who wants to record videos of themselves teaching or doing something. You don't have to be in the fitness industry, but for all you Instagram workout enthusiasts out there, grab an Xshot selfie stick and get your game on.
