I would recommend buying at least a couple of these so you don't have to wash them as often.
Some ribbons sag down the inner thigh or the top was gathered, but the tie or suspenders didn't fall apart, they just needed to be cut. I love this product and have bought two of these and am not ashamed to say I wear two at the same time. It would be nice if the padding was thicker, but of the many similar products I've tried, this is my favorite.
